STRONG MENTALITY: Wrexham embark on season defining run of games
The National League season is approaching crunch time in North Wales as Wrexham prepare for their final promotion push.
Dean Keates’ side are have lost just once in their last 13 matches and host Bromley at the Racecourse Ground over the weekend.
The match is the first of five successive fixtures against teams currently in the top-eight, with Wrexham themselves sitting 5th in the table.
Just 14 games of the current season remain and Wrexham will need to pick up some vital points in the next few weeks if promotion is to be a realistic target.
Defender Jordan Davies has already admitted the significance of the next few games in his pre-match interview: “They will shape our season,” said Davies.
"We will be fresh and hopefully we can get three points on the board against another side challenging for promotion.
"The next four or five fixtures are basically six-point fixtures against top sides. We need to be strong going into them, have a good mentality and give it everything we have got.”
Davies returned to his hometown club following a spell at Brighton and is hoping to play his part in Wrexham’s promotion.
